Terms and Conditions for Tuition
- Fees for tuition must be paid in advance once lesson dates have been agreed upon and booked.
- Scheduled lessons will take place on the day and time agreed unless rearranged for a time that is mutually convenient to both tutor and student.
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed to the student/client at a rate of no more than 1 hour of instruction unless the cancelled lesson is rescheduled during the same week.
- Although we work within school curricula, we do not do homework or assignment questions that are meant to be the student's own work. However, we are always prepared to offer constructive comments on any such work already completed or whilst being completed by the student during a tutorial session.
- We strive to provide the best possible service. However, we cannot be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the student. Although we will do everything in our power to help grades and skill sets improve, we cannot offer any guarantees.
- We are not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of the use of our tutoring service, or any errors or omissions in the content of our materials. You the client specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of this tutoring service.
- All materials we create in-house are copyright. You agree that you will not publish or distribute any portion of any materials without prior written permission from ourselves.
